Client Spotlight: Boulon

Boulon Brasserie and Bakery is one of Tampa's hottest new restaurants. Our very own Josue Gonzalez had a few words to share about working with Boulon: "Boulon was an amazing opening. The team was extremely engaged and worked very well to support one another in training. The cocktail I was most excited about is the Boulon Rouge, which is an elevated Boulevardier with truffle honey. It's a robust, spirit-forward cocktail with slight bitter notes and a complex mouthfeel that is very food-friendly. All the food at Boulon is amazing, but the highlight for me was the burger! I think I had two burgers a day during training!"
