Ristretto Martini, made with e11even vodka, germain-robin vsop, fig cordial, espresso, rose and nutmeg aromatics

Sundown Cosmo, made with ketel one citroen, cointreau, acidified white cranberry, and lemon bitters

Monterrey G&T, made with butterfly pea-infused suntory roku gin, elderflower tonic, citrus elixir, and sage aromatics

Bartender Development:

Recruiting a lead bartender was a critical step in meeting the outlet's demanding needs. Through our 8-week Unfiltered coaching program, we collaborated closely with the lead bartender and support staff, ensuring a mastery of hospitality, cocktail execution, and product knowledge. Over the following six months, follow-up trainings reinforced our commitment to maintaining a high standard of style and quality in both product and service.
