The brief

Continental Midtown, under the Starr Restaurant Group, partnered with Unfiltered Hospitality to revamp its beverage services. Unfiltered Hospitality's task was to re-imagine the entire cocktail program, focusing on fun kitschy presentation, appealing flavors, and modernized techniques. Additionally, the partnership involved selecting new operational supplies and equipment (OS&E) elements to create a more premium feel in line with Continental's aesthetic. Unfiltered Hospitality also conducted comprehensive staff training to elevate speed, technique, and quality behind the bar.
