The brief

The Monterrey Bar, nestled within The Standard Hotel, sought to redefine its beverage experience to seamlessly blend style, flavor, and ambiance. Unfiltered Hospitality (UH) was enlisted to craft a cocktail program that would elevate the establishment's reputation and offer patrons a sophisticated yet memorable and refined atmosphere.

The Results

Under the strategic guidance of Unfiltered Hospitality, The Monterrey Bar witnessed a transformational shift in its beverage offerings and overall guest experience. UH curated an industry-leading cocktail program that delighted the taste buds and appealed to the visual senses with signature drinks like the Ristretto Martini, Sundown Cosmo, and Monterrey G&T. Additionally, a diverse range of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options were meticulously selected to cater to the diverse preferences of the clientele. Recognizing the pivotal role of skilled bartenders in delivering exceptional service, UH implemented a rigorous bartender development program. Through an intensive 8-week coaching program and subsequent follow-up trainings over six months, the lead bartender and support staff were equipped with the expertise in hospitality, cocktail execution, and product knowledge necessary to uphold the bar's high standards.
